Qualifications:
Valid CT Special Education license (165 or 265, PK-12 required) Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education or related field Experience working in K-5 elementary classroom and resource settings Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills DSAP license holders are not eligible
Responsibilities:
Provide specialized instruction in a pull-out/resource setting for K-5 students Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Monitor and document student progress Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment
