Qualifications and Desired Experience:
Valid teaching certification in Special Education (state requirements apply). Bachelor's degree or higher in Special Education or a related field. Deliver engaging, differentiated instruction tailored to students' IEP goals. Assess student abilities, monitor progress, and adjust strategies for optimal development. Collaborate with general education teachers, therapists, and support staff to coordinate services. Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress and classroom activities. Maintain accurate records, including documentation for IEP meetings and progress reports. Foster a safe, nurturing, and respectful learning environment for all students.
