Job Description

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. This full-time position in North Grosvenordale, CT, offers an opportunity to work as a Special Education Teacher serving high school students within resource and inclusion settings. The role supports students on a dedicated caseload, providing individualized educational support that fosters growth and development within a structured school environment. Responsibilities include developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs), collaborating with general education staff to ensure inclusive classroom settings, and monitoring student progress. This position requires working five days per week, dedicating full-time hours to delivering tailored support that meets each student's unique needs.
