Engage children in age-appropriate activities that support childhood development milestones, including literacy education, math concepts, physical education, and sensory play. Collaborate with families to discuss child progress, share developmental insights, and provide guidance on early intervention strategies when necessary. Conduct ongoing assessments of children's growth using standardized testing methods and document progress to inform instructional planning. Manage classroom routines efficiently while maintaining compliance with childcare regulations and best practices in daycare settings. Support children with special needs by adapting activities and collaborating with specialists to ensure inclusive learning experiences. Skills Strong knowledge of early childhood education principles, including Montessori methods and toddler care techniques. Experience in classroom management, lesson planning, and implementing curriculum across diverse learning styles. Familiarity with working with children who have special educational needs or are receiving early intervention services. Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, families, colleagues, and community partners. Proficiency in behavior management strategies that foster positive social interactions and emotional regulation. Ability to utilize classroom experience to create engaging activities that promote literacy education, math skills, and physical development. Knowledge of childcare regulations, childhood development benchmarks, and best practices for preschool experience and daycare environments. Qualifications:
