Assess student progress regularly through standardized testing, formative assessments, and informal observations; provide timely feedback to students and parents. Adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of students. Qualifications Classroom experience across diverse age groups with a strong background in working with children of varying developmental stages. Demonstrated expertise in curriculum implementation and supplementation, lesson planning, and classroom management strategies. Strong communication skills capable of fostering positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
