Responsibilities Design and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards. Utilize innovative learning technologies to enhance classroom instruction and student engagement. Assess student progress through standardized testing, formative assessments, and project-based evaluations; provide timely feedback to support growth. Manage classroom behavior effectively through positive behavior management strategies to create a safe and inclusive learning environment. Provide individualized support through tutoring and mentoring to students who need extra assistance or enrichment opportunities. Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum materials that incorporate best practices in education administration and childhood development. Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress, behavior, and upcoming activities or assessments. Incorporate special education strategies when working with diverse learners to ensure equitable access to education for all students. Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and behavioral incidents in accordance with school policies. Experience Classroom experience working with students in a private or public school setting. Demonstrated experience in teaching core subjects including Math and Literacy Education Knowledge of curriculum development principles and lesson planning techniques that cater to varied learning styles. Experience integrating learning technology tools to facilitate interactive lessons and assessments. Skilled in classroom management strategies that promote positive behavior and student engagement. Familiarity with standardized testing procedures and effective tutoring methods for diverse learners. Experience working with children with special education needs or implementing inclusive teaching practices is preferred. Excellent communication skills for collaborating with staff, parents, and community partners to enhance student success.
