The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with young children. This role involves creating a nurturing and stimulating environment where children can learn, grow, and develop essential skills. The Preschool Teacher will be responsible for implementing age-appropriate educational activities that promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development. Responsibilities Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the developmental needs of preschool-aged children. Foster a safe and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning. Monitor and assess children's progress in various areas including math, language, and social skills. Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's development and any concerns that may arise. Utilize early intervention strategies to support children with diverse learning needs. Incorporate Montessori methods and principles to enhance the learning experience. Provide guidance in toddler care, ensuring the well-being of each child throughout the day. Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive educational approach that aligns with our curriculum goals. Experience Previous experience working with children in an educational setting is essential. Familiarity with early childhood education principles and childhood development theories is preferred. Experience in STAR Assessment, Creative Curriculum, and Teaching Strategies Gold.
