Collaborate with parents and caregivers to communicate progress, address concerns, and support ongoing child welfare initiatives. Maintain a safe classroom environment by adhering to health and safety protocols, supervising activities closely, and ensuring proper childcare standards are met. Conduct assessments using standardized testing methods to monitor developmental milestones and tailor instruction accordingly. Requirements Proven experience working with children aged three years old in preschool or daycare settings. Strong knowledge of childhood development principles, early intervention strategies, and special education practices. Expertise in curriculum development, lesson planning, classroom management, and behavior management techniques. Familiarity with Montessori methods, literacy education, math instruction, and physical education for young learners. Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, colleagues, and community partners. Ability to create an inclusive environment that supports diverse learning needs including toddlers requiring special education or early intervention services. Certification in early childhood education or related field preferred; relevant certifications in childcare or daycare are advantageous.
