Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic educational team as a Teacher, where your passion for fostering growth and development will inspire learners of all ages. In this vital role, you will design engaging lesson plans, implement innovative teaching strategies, and create a nurturing environment that promotes academic excellence and social-emotional well-being. Your expertise will help students reach their full potential, whether in early childhood settings, special education classrooms, or community programs. Duties Develop and deliver comprehensive lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards across various subjects including literacy, math, physical education, and arts therapy. Adapt instructional methods to meet the diverse needs of students with disabilities, autism, developmental disabilities, or visual impairments. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to each student's unique learning goals. Utilize learning technology and instructional design principles to enhance classroom engagement and facilitate effective learning experiences. Manage classroom behavior through positive behavior management techniques and behavioral therapy strategies to foster a safe and productive environment. Conduct assessments using standardized testing methods to monitor progress and inform instruction. Mentor and support students through tutoring, academic advising, and social-emotional guidance to promote holistic development. Experience Proven classroom experience in early childhood education, preschool settings, or special education environments. Demonstrated expertise in speech therapy, literacy education, math instruction, and curriculum development. Experience working with children with disabilities, autism spectrum disorder, or those requiring behavioral health support. Familiarity with IEP processes, behavioral management strategies, and applied behavior analysis (ABA). Knowledge of learning technology tools and instructional design techniques to create engaging educational content. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with colleagues, parents, and external specialists. Pay:
$17.00 - $22.00 per hour
