Develop and adapt lesson plans tailored to diverse learning styles and individual student needs, including those with special education requirements or autism spectrum disorders. Provide one-on-one tutoring and mentoring to students who need additional support in literacy education, math, or early childhood development. Participate in curriculum development initiatives and contribute innovative ideas for classroom activities that promote creativity and critical thinking. Assist with standardized testing preparations, grading, and data analysis to monitor student progress and inform instruction. Support early intervention strategies and collaborate with specialists in library services or private school settings to enrich the educational experience. Qualifications Prior classroom experience working with children in elementary settings or similar environments is highly preferred. Strong communication skills with the ability to connect effectively with students, parents, and staff. Knowledge of childhood development principles, early childhood education practices, and behavior management techniques. Familiarity with learning technology tools and instructional software used in modern classrooms. Experience in curriculum development, lesson planning, proofreading educational materials, and literacy education is advantageous. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while demonstrating leadership qualities such as mentoring peers or supporting classroom activities. Certification or coursework in special education, Montessori methods, or early intervention is a plus.
