Newborn Care Specialist

A high-end Miami Beach family expecting their first baby in October is seeking two experienced newborn care professionals:

• Day Newborn Nanny (1 Day Nanny)
• Night Newborn Care Specialist / Night Nurse (1 NCS)

Schedule:

Monday to Friday (Mon-Fri)

Compensation:

• Day Shift:

  $35/hour

Night Shift:

$50/hour

Responsibilities:

Both positions include full newborn care and support, such as:

• Full newborn care (daytime or overnight depending on shift)
• Feeding support (breastfeeding assistance, bottle feeding, formula preparation)
• Diapering and soothing the baby
• Establishing and maintaining healthy newborn routines
• Monitoring the baby's sleep schedule and supporting sleep development
• Sterilizing bottles, pump parts, and baby items
• Baby laundry and basic nursery organization
• Tracking feeding/sleep logs and reporting updates to parents
• Supporting first-time parents with professional newborn guidance

Requirements:

• Extensive newborn / infant care experience
• Ability to communicate in English
• Night position: NCS or Night Nurse experience strongly preferred
• Responsible, reliable, and highly professional
• Flexibility for weekend coverage or overtime if needed

Pay:

$35.00

• $50.
