Job Description

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Blazer Jobs is actively seeking Exceptional Student Education (ESE) Teachers for immediate placement in Pasco County, FL school districts. These are full‑time, school‑based contract positions offering competitive weekly pay and full benefits. Job Responsibilities Provide specialized instruction to students with disabilities in accordance with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Develop, implement, and adapt lesson plans to meet diverse learning needs Collaborate with general education teachers, therapists, administrators, and support staff Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation and records Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and team planning sessions Maintain a positive, structured, and inclusive classroom environment Ensure compliance with Florida Department of Education and district guidelines Use evidence‑based instructional strategies and behavior support techniques Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Special Education or a related field Florida Teaching Certificate (Professional or Temporary) with ESE certification or endorsement Ability to work with students with varying exceptionalities Strong classroom management and communication skills Knowledge of IEP development, implementation, and documentation Ability to pass all required background checks and fingerprints Previous school‑based or ESE experience preferred (new graduates welcome) Position Details Long‑term full‑time contract School‑based assignments within Pasco County, FL Weekly pay Full benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and more Support from a dedicated staffing and education team Apply Today Immediate openings are available.
