Duties Responsibilities:
Sign-on bonus provided Design and follow a structured schedule of activities Scaffold play-based activities to support development across all learning domains Provide basic care and caregiving support Use a variety of teaching methods (stories, media, indoor and outdoor games, drawing, etc.) to enhance children's abilities Observe and evaluate children's developmental progress Maintain ongoing communication with parents and provide regular updates on children's progress Observe children's interactions and promote positive social development Identify behavioral concerns and determine appropriate courses of action Collaborate effectively with colleagues and team members Adhere to all teaching standards, licensing requirements, and safety regulations as established by the appropriate authorities Skills Proven experience working with young children in childcare Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education methods Certified in first aid and CPR; additional certifications in special education or working with children with disabilities are a plus Excellent classroom management skills to create an organized and nurturing learning space Ability to handle behavior management effectively while maintaining a positive attitude Compassionate caregiving skills with an understanding of infant care and toddler-specific needs Effective communication skills to collaborate with families, colleagues, and support staff Embark on a meaningful career where your enthusiasm for early childhood education makes a real difference!
