Petersburg, FL. Founded by Erica McChesney, CVT, we have built a trusted reputation since 2017 for skilled, compassionate, expert-level care — with a specialty in senior pets and those with medical or special needs. We are expanding our team and looking for a dedicated animal lover to join us for pet sitting visits, with the potential to grow into midday dog walks as our client base continues to expand.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• $15.25/hr
• Federal mileage reimbursement for all work-related driving

• W-2 employee position — this is a legitimate employment relationship, not a 1099 contractor arrangement

• Florida heat and afternoon thunderstorms are part of the job — visits happen rain or shine

REQUIREMENTS

• 18+ and able to pass a background check
• Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle
• Smartphone with ability to use apps — we use Time To Pet
• Another source of income — hours are not guaranteed
• Reliable, detail-oriented, punctual, and a clear communicator
• Genuine love for animals, especially those needing specialized care
• Commitment to the role for a minimum of one year
