In this role, you will create a warm, engaging, and safe classroom environment where toddlers can explore, learn, and grow. Your enthusiasm for early childhood education will help foster curiosity, independence, and social skills in our little students. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on children's lives while working within a supportive team committed to excellence in early education. Responsibilities Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum plans that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development for 2-year-olds. Create a nurturing classroom environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and positive interactions among children. Manage daily classroom activities, including circle time, play-based learning, arts and crafts, and outdoor activities. Monitor and support individual child needs through behavior management strategies and personalized attention. Collaborate with parents and guardians to communicate progress, address concerns, and share developmental milestones. Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times to maintain a secure environment for children. Incorporate early intervention techniques and special education strategies when necessary to support children with additional needs. Qualifications Prior experience working with toddlers or in early childhood education settings is highly preferred. Knowledge of childhood development principles, curriculum development, and classroom management techniques. Familiarity with Montessori methods or other educational philosophies such as preschool or daycare standards is a plus. Strong communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and team members. Ability to plan engaging lessons that incorporate literacy education, math basics, physical education, and social-emotional learning. Certification in early childhood education or related fields is desirable; ongoing professional development is encouraged. Pay:
