Proven classroom experience working with middle school students in an educational setting. Strong knowledge of curriculum development, lesson planning, and classroom management best practices. Familiarity with learning technology tools such as LMS platforms and digital instructional resources. Experience working with children with diverse needs, including those requiring special education accommodations or early childhood education techniques. Excellent communication skills to effectively engage students, parents, and colleagues. Ability to adapt teaching methods for different age groups, including early childhood or preschool settings if needed. Demonstrated skills in tutoring, behavior management, conflict resolution, and instructional design to foster a supportive learning environment.
