We're looking for dedicated teachers who truly loves One Year Olds! Our students are loving and kind, eager to learn, and as energetic as can be! They love singing songs, laughing at puppet shows, exploring nature and science indoors and outdoors, and they love to feel connected to their teachers. Do you have a lot of energy? Patience to guide them through their big emotions? Do you believe in teaching young toddlers independence skills? This may be the position for you! Responsibilities Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to the developmental needs of one-year-old children. Foster a safe and nurturing classroom environment that promotes social, emotional, and cognitive growth. Manage classroom activities and behavior, ensuring a positive learning experience. Communicate effectively with parents about their child's progress and any concerns. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum and support individual learning needs. Maintain accurate records of student development and classroom activities. Qualifications Proven experience in classroom management and teaching young children Strong communication skills and ability to positively engage with students and parents Knowledge of curriculum development and early childhood development principles Experience with behavior management and special education strategies Familiarity with toddler care
