Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and adaptable Floater Teacher to join our vibrant early childhood education team. In this role, you will serve as a versatile classroom professional, stepping into various teaching environments to support our students' growth and development. Your energetic approach will help foster a nurturing, engaging, and inclusive learning atmosphere for children across different age groups. Responsibilities Provide flexible classroom coverage across multiple age groups, including toddlers, preschoolers, and early elementary students Assist with lesson planning and curriculum development tailored to diverse developmental needs Support teachers in implementing literacy education, math activities, physical education, and social-emotional learning strategies Engage children in age-appropriate activities that promote childhood development, behavior management, and early intervention techniques Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages curiosity and independence Communicate effectively with children, parents, and team members to ensure a positive educational experience Support classroom management by fostering respectful behavior and promoting social skills among students Requirements Prior experience working with children in educational or childcare settings is highly preferred Knowledge of early childhood education principles, including toddler care, preschool experience, and Montessori methods is advantageous Familiarity with curriculum development, lesson planning, standardized testing preparation, and tutoring techniques Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues and engage with families Ability to adapt quickly to different classroom environments and support various teaching styles Understanding of childhood development stages and behavior management strategies Certification or training in special education or early intervention is a plus but not required Demonstrated commitment to child welfare, classroom management, and creating inclusive learning spaces Join us as a Floater Teacher and be part of a passionate team dedicated to nurturing young minds!
