We emphasize an engaging teaching style rooted in fundamentals. An ideal candidate would have a strong classical and multi-genre background and a desire to teach a versatile repertoire including classical, jazz, rock and pop and musical theater selections. Responsibilities Develop highly customized lesson plans that align with each student's goals, age, skill level, and learning style Conduct engaging voice lessons for diverse age groups, including children, teens, and adults Incorporate classical pedagogy techniques Manage interpersonal dynamics with students and families effectively to ensure a long-term positive and productive learning environment with family engagement Provide positive constructive feedback and lesson notes to motivate students and track their progress. Encourage and prepare students to work towards performances and auditions Collaborate with students on musical theater work, choral performances and multi-genre competitions Requirements Experience in teaching voice and vocal coaching with a strong background in private lessons Knowledge of curriculum development and lesson planning tailored to individual needs Experience working with children, early childhood education, preschoolers, or special education settings preferred Skills in behavior management and childhood development principles Ability to teach diverse styles including theater singing, classical, jazz, pop, or contemporary genres Strong communication skills with a passion for inspiring learners of all ages and backgrounds Reach out if you're looking for a vibrant educational environment that values creativity and growth.
