Job Description

Overview Must have current CDA CPR, AED and First Aid to include infants and children. If you don't have both of these, and pass a background and fingerprinting check satisfactory, and experience, Please Do Not Apply. CDA Candidates with all proper and current certification and CDA are at the top end of our pay scale. Other candidates are at the starting to mid end of pay scale. Lead teachers must have a CDA. We are a new center, just opening and starting enrollment. Whether leading classroom activities or supporting fellow educators, your energy and dedication will make a lasting impact on our young learners' lives. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your teaching skills while contributing to a joyful, inclusive community focused on early childhood excellence. Responsibilities Lead classroom activities by implementing developmentally appropriate lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards, including literacy education, math concepts, and Montessori methods. Support children's social and emotional growth through positive behavior management strategies and individualized attention. Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to develop engaging curricula that foster curiosity and learning across various subjects such as early childhood education, childcare, and special education. Manage classroom routines efficiently, ensuring a safe, organized environment conducive to exploration and discovery. Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about children's progress, milestones, and any behavioral or developmental concerns. Assist in planning and executing activities tailored for children with diverse needs, including those with autism or disabilities. Maintain detailed records of children's development, attendance, and classroom observations to support ongoing assessment, deetailed progress, and curriculum adjustments. Qualifications CDA, TCC, Associates in Early Childhood Education or Development or Bachelors in Early Childhood Education or Development, required. You have a minimum of 6 months to 1 year profesional experience. High energy, patient, kind. Ability to work well with others. Team Player. Excellent leadership, creative and organizational skills. Strong oral, verbal,a nd written communication skills. Prior experience working with children in daycare, preschool, or private school settings is highly desirable. Knowledge of childhood development principles and experience with behavior management techniques. Familiarity with special education practices, including working with children with autism or disabilities. Strong communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and team members. Ability to plan lessons that incorporate literacy education, math skills, Montessori methods, and toddler care strategies. Experience in classroom management and curriculum development within early childhood or preschool environments.

Starting One of the positions is "Opener" 5:45am to 12:45pm at $12 to $16 per hour.
