Duties Develop and implement age-appropriate curricula that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development for two-year-olds Design engaging lesson plans that incorporate literacy education, basic math concepts, and early intervention strategies Manage classroom activities to ensure a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment aligned with best practices in toddler care and Montessori principles Utilize effective behavior management techniques to guide positive social interactions and emotional regulation among young children Collaborate with families to communicate progress, address individual needs, and support child welfare initiatives Maintain accurate records of children's development milestones, attendance, and assessments in compliance with licensing standards Incorporate physical education activities and hands-on learning experiences to foster motor skills and overall wellness Requirements Proven experience working with children aged two years old in a daycare or preschool setting Strong knowledge of childhood development theories and classroom management techniques Familiarity with curriculum development, lesson planning, and standardized testing methods relevant to early childhood education Ability to implement special education strategies and early intervention practices as needed Excellent communication skills for engaging with children, parents, colleagues, and community partners Certification in early childhood education or related field; Montessori training or preschool experience is a plus Demonstrated commitment to child welfare, safety protocols, and inclusive teaching practices Join us in making a meaningful difference in the lives of young learners!
