Heartland AEA is looking for a dedicated Early ACCESS Home Intervention Educator to join our team for the 2026-27 school year!

Description:

The Early ACCESS Home Intervention Educator partners with families, caregivers, and community providers to support the development and learning of infants and toddlers (birth to age three) eligible for services under IDEA Part C - Early ACCESS. The Early ACCESS Home Intervention Educators will work with a multidisciplinary team through the identification, evaluation, programming, delivery and coordination of Early ACCESS services for infants and toddlers.

Qualifications:

Candidates for this position need to have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in special education, early childhood education, or child development and be appropriately licensed/certified by the Iowa Board of Educational Examiners.
