What You'll Do Provide instruction and support for students receiving special education services Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Conducts assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify student needs Collaborate with general education teachers to support inclusive classroom practices Monitor student progress and adjust instruction to support growth Build strong relationships with students and families Communicate regularly with families and team members Contribute to a positive, supportive and inclusive school culture Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities Knowledge of special education practices and differentiated instruction Understanding of data systems and progress monitoring Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Commitment to continuous professional growth Physical Demands Work is performed in a standard school environment. What We Offer Minimum starting salary: $50,000 for educators new to the profession (The 2026

  • 264•preferred Other special education endorsements K•6 Elementary Classroom Teacher•102 5•12 Endorsements K•8 Endorsements Candidates who are eligible for licensure or are currently completing an approved teacher preparation program are encouraged to apply.
