Traveler Full-time position for a DHH Classroom teacher in Algonquin,IL from August 2026-May 2027
Key Details:
Orientation date is 8/3/26 School starts 8/11/26 and ends by 5/21/27 Covering Hampshire location
Qualifications:
Professional Educator's License (PEL) with appropriate endorsement for teaching students with hearing impairments. Proficiency with school-based technology and must be a fluent signer (ASL)
Job Duties:
Provide direct services to deaf and hard-of-hearing students: Deliver specialized instruction and interventions to students who are deaf and hard of hearing in accordance with their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
Collaborate with educational teams:
Work closely with teachers, administrators, and specialists to develop and implement strategies that support the academic and social progress of students with hearing impairments.
Maintain accurate records:
Document all services, assessments, and interventions provided, ensuring compliance with IEP goals and state regulations.
Participate in IEP meetings:
Offer expertise in deaf and hard of hearing accommodations, assistive technology, and instructional modifications to ensure students receive appropriate support.

Travel Farther Together Referral Program:
Payout is tiered. The $1,200 per clinician reward applies only after you've referred 10 or more clinicians who successfully contract with Ardor.
Payouts are split:
50% when the referred clinician starts, and 50% when they reach the midpoint of their assignment.
License, Certification & CE Assistance:
Reimbursements and assistance are offered on a case-by-case basis. Approval must be documented by your recruiting team and is not guaranteed for every clinician or assignment. 816401
