Job Requirements Education Requirements :
Bachelor's Degree in Education, Special Education, or related field; Illinois teaching certification preferred or equivalent.
Certifications Requirements :
Valid Special Education (LBS1) certification or provisional certification as per state guidelines.
Experience Requirements :
Minimum 1 year of experience working with K-12 populations, preferably in classroom settings.
Other Requirements :
Strong communication and classroom management skills, ability to work part-time (18 hours/week), must pass background checks, and be comfortable working in school settings with diverse student populations.
