Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Previous experience as a paraprofessional or classroom assistant preferred Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset Ability to build rapport with students of varying abilities and backgrounds Reliable, adaptable, and organized in daily responsibilities Commitment to upholding confidentiality and professional boundaries High school diploma required; additional coursework or certifications in education a plus

Key Responsibilities:
