Key Responsibilities:

Schedule and facilitate IEP meetings for students receiving special education services Coordinate clear, ongoing communication among families, staff, and instructional teams Ensure all IEP documentation meets district, state, and federal compliance standards Maintain and monitor student records and special education process flow Utilize district IEP systems (especially Embrace and CPS IEP platforms) for efficient documentation Collaborate to support overall compliance and the smooth execution of special education procedures Lead case management functions across a diverse student population

Requirements:

Active Special Education certification (Birth-21 preferred; all considered) Experience as a Case Manager, IEP Coordinator, ARD Facilitator, or related role preferred Familiarity with Embrace, CPS IEP systems highly valued Strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities Capacity to effectively manage deadlines and coordinate multiple priorities This is a 30-hour-per-week, full-time contract role that centers on IEP coordination and compliance rather than classroom instruction.
