Job Description

SEN Learning Support Assistant - Effingham Full-Time Role | Immediate Start Available Are you passionate about supporting children with additional needs? We're looking for a dedicated and compassionate SEN Learning Support Assistant to join a supportive school in Effingham. In this rewarding full-time role, you'll work closely with pupils who require additional support, helping them build confidence, develop key skills, and thrive in the classroom ✨
The Role:
✅ Supporting students on a 1:1 basis and in small groups ✅ Assisting pupils with SEN including
ASD, ADHD & SEMH
✅ Encouraging engagement, independence, and positive behaviour ✅ Working closely with teachers and support staff
