Job Description

Job Summary The Nail Care Specialist (Licensed Nail Technician) at ENS (Elysian Nail Spa) delivers high quality nail services while creating a polished, client centered experience in a professional and safe environment. This role balances technical expertise, exceptional client care, and adherence to sanitation and service standards. Nail Care Specialists collaborate closely with the team, manage service flow with attention to timing and quality, and represent the ENS brand with professionalism and care. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Client Experience and Care Deliver a personalized experience that ensures each client feels welcomed and cared for. Conduct consultations to understand client preferences and recommend appropriate services. Address client questions or concerns with professionalism and discretion. Nail Service Craft & Technique Perform nail services with precision, consistency, and attention to detail. Apply appropriate techniques and tools in accordance with salon standards. Maintain awareness of nail health and adjust services as needed to ensure quality results. Sanitation, Safety, & Standards Follow all state board regulations and salon sanitation protocols. Clean, disinfect, and maintain tools and workstations between services. Uphold safety practices that protect client and staff well being. Service Flow & Time Awareness Manage appointment timing to support smooth service delivery. Prepare workstations and materials in advance of appointments. Communicate proactively when service timing or scheduling adjustments are required. Team Support & Collaboration Collaborate with team members to support daily salon operations. Communicate clearly and respectfully with team members. Contribute to a positive, professional, and supportive team environment. Professional Presence & Brand Care Represent the salon brand through professional appearance, conduct, and service delivery. Maintain an organized and polished workstation that reflects brand standards. Uphold salon values in all client and team interactions. Growth, Learning & Adaptability Remain open to feedback and actively apply guidance to improve performance. Participate in training, skill development, and ongoing learning opportunities. Adapt effectively to new service procedures and scheduling changes Qualifications & Requirements Current and active Illinois Nail Technician license Eligibility to work in the United States. Experience in nail services preferred Availability to work weekends and holidays. Commitment to professional standards, sanitation practices, and client care. Physical Demands & Work Environment Sitting for extended periods of time Repeated hand and arm movements Exposure to nail products, equipment, and cleaning supplies Work Schedule & Availability Expectations Full time and Part Time positions available Minimum availability:
Full Time:
4 days a week
Part Time:
