Qualifications:

Hold a valid LBS1 (Learning Behavior Specialist 1) certification Previous experience working within special education settings Strong communication skills for collaboration with students, families, and staff Ability to create individualized and engaging lesson plans meeting students' unique needs High level of patience, compassion, and adaptability Willingness to participate in ESY programming and fulfill all assigned responsibilities
