Job Title:
Middle School Teacher- part-time
Job Summary:
As a School Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in shaping young minds and fostering a positive learning environment. You will be responsible for developing and implementing engaging lesson plans, providing individualized support to students, and promoting a love for learning. Must have the ability to teach from a Biblical worldview.Responsibilities:
- Create and deliver dynamic lesson plans that align with the school's curriculum and educational standards
- Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and engagement
- Utilize effective behavior management techniques to promote a positive learning atmosphere
- Provide one-on-one support to students who require additional assistance or special education services
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience for students
- Implement innovative teaching methods to cater to diverse learning styles
- Mentor and guide students in their academic and personal development
Requirements:
- Born-again Christian who loves the Lord, is active in a local church, loves children
Preferred:
Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field- Proven experience in teaching, preferably in a private school setting
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues
- Knowledge of curriculum development principles and educational best practices
- Proficiency in literacy education and numeracy skills development
