Job Summary:
As a School Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in shaping young minds and fostering a positive learning environment. You will be responsible for developing and implementing engaging lesson plans, providing individualized support to students, and promoting a love for learning. Must have the ability to teach from a Biblical worldview.
Responsibilities:
Create and deliver dynamic lesson plans that align with the school's curriculum and educational standards
Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and engagement
Utilize effective behavior management techniques to promote a positive learning atmosphere
Provide one-on-one support to students who require additional assistance or special education services
Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience for students
Implement innovative teaching methods to cater to diverse learning styles
Mentor and guide students in their academic and personal development
Requirements:
Born-again Christian who loves the Lord, is active in a local church, loves children
Preferred:
Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field
Proven experience in teaching, preferably in a private school setting
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues
Knowledge of curriculum development principles and educational best practices
Proficiency in literacy education and numeracy skills development
