- Full-time, Contract Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Special Education Teacher to join our team for the next school year (2026-2027) at KL Education and are working with a highly rated school district in the Rantoul, IL area.

Position:
Middle School self-contained/cross categorical with a caseload of 8-10 students max Middle School resource/coteaching (math) with a caseload of 10-15 Elementary, resource/coteaching for K-2 with a caseload of 10 Elementary, resource/coteaching for K-2 with a caseload of 10 Elementary, resource/coteaching for 3-5 with a caseload of 10 Elementary, bilingual (Spanish) resource/coteaching for K-2 with a caseload of 5 Requirements Active IL Special Education Teaching License and PEL Required Experience working with individuals with disabilities in an educational setting. Strong skills in classroom management, behavior management, and communication. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
