L&I Insurance Solutions Corydon, Indiana Position Overview L&I Insurance Solutions is seeking a motivated and client-focused Under 65 (U65) Healthcare / ACA Enrollment Specialist to assist individuals and families with healthcare coverage solutions. This role focuses on enrolling new and existing clients into Affordable Care Act (ACA) plans through Healthcare.gov, evaluating off-market healthcare options, and delivering an exceptional client experience through education and service. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, building relationships, and growing a long-term book of business within a high-integrity, educational insurance environment. ResponsibilitiesClient Enrollment & Service Assist clients with ACA/Marketplace enrollments through Healthcare.gov Help current agency clients review and renew healthcare coverage annually Evaluate off-market healthcare plan options when appropriate Educate clients on plan benefits, deductibles, networks, subsidies, and coverage options Provide ongoing support for eligibility changes, life events, and policy updates Maintain accurate and compliant client documentation Sales & Business Development Generate and write new under-65 healthcare business Cross-sell additional insurance solutions when appropriate Follow up with agency-generated leads and referral opportunities Build strong relationships with clients through consultative service Participate in marketing and community outreach opportunities Administrative & Compliance Stay current with ACA guidelines and carrier changes Maintain all required licensing and certifications Utilize agency CRM systems and enrollment platforms efficiently Work closely with agency leadership and support staff to ensure smooth operations Compensation Structure Competitive base compensation Competitive commission structure on new under-65 healthcare business written by the producer Opportunity for long-term growth and renewal income potential Qualifications Active Health Insurance License (or willingness to obtain) Strong communication and customer service skills Comfortable discussing healthcare plans and financial considerations with clients Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated Ability to work in a fast-paced enrollment environment Prior ACA, Healthcare.gov, or health insurance experience preferred but not required About L&I Insurance Solutions L&I Insurance Solutions is committed to protecting families with integrity through education-based insurance planning.
