Lead Teacher / Montessori Directress Childrens House (Ages 36)

We are seeking an experienced, passionate, and thoughtful Lead Montessori Teacher / Directress to join our Children's House (ages 3-6) classroom. About the Role As a Lead Teacher, you will guide a prepared Montessori environment that supports the whole child—academically, socially, emotionally, and physically. You will observe closely, follow the child's development, and present lessons with clarity, grace, and intention. Your leadership will help create a calm, respectful, and engaging classroom where children are empowered to grow at their own pace.
