School-Age Teacher

The School Teacher will play a vital role in promoting literacy education and supporting students' overall development. Responsibilities Develop and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and cater to the varying needs of students. Foster a positive learning environment that encourages student participation and engagement. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to support student progress and address any concerns. Assess student performance through various methods, including tests, projects, and observations, providing constructive feedback. Collaborate with special education staff to support students with diverse learning needs. Promote literacy education by integrating reading and writing activities into daily lessons. Supervise students during physical education activities, ensuring safety and encouraging teamwork. Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and progress reports. Requirements Proven experience working with students in an educational setting is preferred. Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and practices. Familiarity with private school environments is a plus. Experience or certification in special education is highly desirable. Ability to plan engaging lessons that promote physical education and overall well-being. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with students, parents, and staff. Experience in toddler care or preschool settings is advantageous. A valid teaching certification or degree in Education or a related field is required.
