Client Care Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing exceptional client service and support
• Manage and resolve client inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and follow-up
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure clients needs are met and issues are resolved
• Assist with account management activities, including upselling and cross-selling opportunities
• Contribute to the development and improvement of client care processes and procedures

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a customer service or customer care role
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients at all levels
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and find creative solutions
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
