Job Summary We are opening
ADDITIONAL ROOMS
& seeking passionate and energetic teachers to nurture the development of children aged 1 and a separate classroom for 3 years old. In this vital role, you will create a safe, engaging, and educational environment that promotes early childhood growth and learning. Your enthusiasm and dedication will inspire young learners to explore, discover, and thrive during these formative years. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of young children while fostering their social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development. I mplement age-appropriate curriculum plans that support early childhood education standards, including literacy, math, physical education, and social skills. Foster a nurturing classroom environment that encourages curiosity, independence, and positive behavior management. Provide attentive toddler care by supporting their basic needs, including feeding, diapering, and comfort. Utilize classroom management techniques to maintain a safe and organized space conducive to learning and play. Incorporate special education strategies and early intervention techniques to support children with diverse learning needs. Conduct assessments using standardized testing methods to monitor developmental progress and tailor instruction accordingly. Collaborate with parents and caregivers through regular communication about each child's growth, milestones, and welfare. Strong knowledge of childhood development principles specific to 1-3-year-olds and preschool-aged children. Experience in curriculum development with a focus on early literacy education. Proven classroom management skills that promote positive behavior and effective learning environments. Ability to work effectively with children in daycare or preschool settings, including those requiring special education or early intervention services. Excellent communication skills for engaging with children, parents, colleagues, and community partners. Familiarity with teaching physical education activities suitable for young children to promote motor skills development. Knowledge of childcare regulations, child welfare practices, and classroom experience in private or daycare settings is preferred.
