Duties Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum plans that foster literacy education, math skills, physical activity, and social-emotional learning tailored to two-year-olds Manage classroom activities to promote positive behavior management and effective classroom management strategies. Support children's developmental milestones through personalized lesson planning and engaging activities aligned with early childhood education standards. Foster a safe, inclusive environment that prioritizes child welfare and promotes healthy social interactions among students. Collaborate with families to communicate progress, address individual needs related to special education or early intervention, and support ongoing child development goals. Maintain accurate records of student progress and daily attendance Experience Prior classroom experience working with toddlers or preschool-aged children in daycare, private school, or early childhood education settings Demonstrated knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices in early intervention and special education Experience with curriculum development, lesson planning, and implementing literacy education strategies for young learners Strong classroom management skills to create a structured yet flexible learning environment conducive to toddler care Proven ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, colleagues, and community partners Familiarity with teaching physical education activities and integrating movement into daily routines Join us in shaping the future by nurturing the potential of our youngest learners!
