In this pivotal role, you will lead classroom activities, oversee daily operations, and ensure a nurturing environment that promotes holistic development for young learners. Your passion for early childhood education, combined with strong leadership skills, will inspire both children and staff to achieve their full potential. This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape the educational journey of children while fostering a positive, engaging classroom atmosphere. Responsibilities Lead and manage daily classroom activities, ensuring a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment for children. Develop and implement age-appropriate curricula that incorporate literacy education, math, physical education, and Montessori principles. Oversee lesson planning and adapt teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs, including special education and early intervention programs. Supervise and mentor teaching staff and assistants, providing guidance on classroom management, behavior management, and instructional techniques. Monitor student progress through assessments, standardized testing, and ongoing observations; communicate results effectively to parents and stakeholders. Coordinate with parents and guardians to discuss child welfare, developmental milestones, and individualized learning plans. Ensure compliance with childcare regulations, health & safety standards, and licensing requirements across all classroom activities. Requirements Proven experience working with children in early childhood education settings such as daycare, preschool, or private schools. Strong background in curriculum development, lesson planning, classroom management, and behavior management strategies. Familiarity with childhood development theories, special education needs, early intervention practices, and literacy education. Experience with Montessori methods or other specialized educational approaches is a plus. Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with parents, staff, and external partners. Demonstrated ability to lead a team of educators while maintaining high standards of child welfare and safety.
