Deaf and Hard of Hearing Specialist | Adams, Massachusetts

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Deaf Education, Special Education, or a related field, active Deaf & Hard of Hearing (DHH) certification, and 1+ years Deaf & Hard of Hearing Specialist experience required. This full-time, in-person position supports students with hearing impairments in an educational setting located in Adams, MA. The role requires expertise in developing and implementing specialized instructional strategies tailored to Deaf and Hard of Hearing learners, fostering an inclusive and supportive classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver individualized and group instruction to students who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing. Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families to create effective educational plans. Utilize specialized technology and resources to enhance communication and learning. Monitor student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly. Qualifications and Experience:
