Job Description

Overview Join The Late Anchor , a fast-growing property care startup founded in 2025. We've quickly evolved from a local yard care crew into a comprehensive Asset Management firm. We don't just mow lawns; we protect our clients' most valuable investments. From high-end summer landscaping to winter "Snow Bird" retainers—where we safeguard homes against frozen pipes and electrical damage during blizzards—we provide peace of mind year-round. We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Part-Time Technician who wants to be a part of a modern, client-centric company that is redefining property maintenance.
Duties Precision Turf Care:
Perform mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing to ensure pristine residential curb appeal.
Landscape Maintenance:
Maintain gardens, flower beds, and seasonal plantings with an eye for aesthetics.
Asset Protection:
Assist in seasonal property "walk-throughs" for our retainer clients, checking for signs of weather-related damage or mechanical failures.
Winter Operations:
Support snow removal and property monitoring during winter months to prevent frozen pipes or structural damage.
Equipment Care:
Perform basic routine maintenance on our fleet of tools and equipment to ensure peak performance.
Qualifications Experience:
Previous experience in landscaping, gardening, or property maintenance is a plus, but we value a "growth mindset" above all.
Technical Skill:
Basic mechanical knowledge and comfort operating power tools safely.
Reliability:
Since we offer seasonal retainers (home-watching for snow birds), absolute reliability and honesty are non-negotiable.

Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift up to 50 lbs.

A valid driver's license and clean driving record are required. The "Anchor"

The Late Anchor:
Who We Are & Where We're Going We didn't start The Late Anchor in 2025 to be just another "mow and blow" company. We launched as a lean startup with a mission to treat every property like a high-value asset. In a short time, we've grown into a full-service Asset Management firm. Our clients trust us with the keys to their kingdom—from perfecting their summer curb appeal to protecting their homes during the dead of winter. When a blizzard hits, our "Snow Bird" clients stay warm down south because they know we're on-site, checking for frozen pipes and electrical glitches before they become disasters. We are the "Anchor" that keeps their property steady. The Vibe We're Looking For We aren't looking for "labor"; we're looking for Property Guardians. • You Think Like an

Your Strength:
One day you're sculpting a lawn to perfection; the next, you're helping us audit a home's exterior for winter readiness. You enjoy the variety of a startup environment.
