Extended School Year Para Everett, MA Job Details $40 an hour 3 hours ago Qualifications Behavior management for students with special needs Direct support Working with students with special education needs Data collection Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) for children IEP implementation Entry level Behavioral therapy Full Job Description Extended School Year Para Opportunities PreK-8 Paraprofessional(s) Paraprofessionals will support special education students in small-group educational classrooms and assist the special education teacher in implementing IEPs. Paraprofessionals will support students with all necessary life skills. Paraprofessionals will assist the special education teacher with data collection. ABA Paraprofessional(s) ABA paraprofessionals will work with students in one-on-one and small-group settings, implementing ABA services as delineated on IEP service delivery grids. ABA paraprofessionals will support student transitions throughout the day. ABA staff will implement behavior-analytic programming, collect data, and support student behavior through interventions and modeling. ABA therapists will summarize and report out on ABA data at the end of the program in collaboration with a
BCBA. ABA
paraprofessionals will work with the BCBA to schedule ABA services as outlined in the
IEP. EHS
Paraprofessional(s) Paraprofessionals will support special education students in small-group educational classrooms and assist the special education teacher in implementing IEPs. Paraprofessionals will support students with all necessary life skills. Paraprofessionals will assist the special education teacher with data collection.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide support for classes, small groups, and individual students as outlined in students' IEPs. Support students with all necessary life skills. Support the special education teacher with specific data collection and lesson implementation. Support students behaviorial and emotional needs of students as assigned. As assigned, support the implementation of specialized programming, including ABA services as needed. Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Special Education and the principal to support the implementation of Extended School Year programming. Working Times 7/6/26-7/31/26 7:30 am-1:30 pm
Remuneration:
$40/hour, not to exceed $5,040. All applications should be sent to Mr.
