Key Details:

Part-time position: 2 days per week

Hours:

3 hours per day, totaling 9 hours weekly

Duration:

ASAP through mid-June Student focus: Elementary and middle school special education

Qualifications and Experience:

Active Massachusetts Special Education License required Prior experience working with elementary and middle school students preferred Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with school staff and families Commitment to fostering inclusion and individualized learning plans

Primary Responsibilities:

Deliver tailored instruction to meet the unique needs of special education students Collaborate with classroom teachers to support student success Monitor and document student progress and adapt strategies accordingly Participate in team meetings and contribute to developing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
