Job Description

Northampton High School Special Education Teacher (1) Start date: August 24, 2026 35 hours per weekMonday through Friday from 8:50 a.m. 3:35 p.m. MA DESE License Certification in Moderate/Severe Disabilities 5-12, or Special Needs Severe Disabilities 5-12 is required.

Official University/College Transcripts required. Teacher Unit A Salary Scale based on experience and degree.
If Hired:
Must have acceptable MA CORI and SAFIS National Fingerprint Background Checks prior to employment.
Benefits:
Full benefits and privileges consistent with the Northampton Association of School Employees (NASE) Teachers Unit A Collective Bargaining Agreement Contract.
