Special Ed Teacher

Category Schools - Special Education Teacher Job Type Contract A part-time Special Education Teacher position is available to support elementary and middle school students in Plymouth, MA. This contract role requires dedication to fostering an inclusive classroom environment and delivering tailored educational support for students with diverse learning needs.

Position Details:

Part-time:

2 days per week, 3 hours per day (9 hours total) Contract duration: ASAP through mid-June Student focus: Elementary and middle school special education

Qualifications:

Active Massachusetts Special Education License required Experience working with special education students in a school setting preferred Strong communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for assigned students Adapt instructional materials to meet diverse learning needs Collaborate with general education teachers and support staff Monitor student progress and maintain accurate records
