As a Lead Special Education Teacher, you'll drive educational success, mentor staff, and implement cutting-edge Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies to create a meaningful impact.
Your Impact:
  • Design and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) that promote academic, social, vocational, and self-care skills.
  • Mentor and guide teachers and teacher assistants, creating a supportive and collaborative learning environment.
  • Use data-driven decision-making to track student progress and refine strategies for maximum success.
  • Stay at the forefront of ABA innovations, incorporating the latest research and best practices into instruction.
  • Ensure compliance with all ethical and legal standards in special education and behavior management.
What You Need:
    Education:
    Master's degree preferred.
      Licensure:
      Current or pursuing MA State Teaching License in Moderate or Severe Special Education.
        Skills:
        Strong leadership, problem-solving, and ABA knowledge preferred.
