Job Description
- ABA Center-Based Behavior Technician
- Community Autism Services, a division of The Stepping Stones Group, is hiring immediately for Full-Time ABA Behavior Technicians for our
- Fall River, MA Center

Pay:
- $21.00 - $26.00 per hour
- Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Full-time schedules of 8:00am-4:00pm
- Childcare experience required
- Proof of Flu vaccination and annual renewal required

- Job Duties
- ABA Behavior Technicians report directly to the supervising Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- In collaboration with a program supervisor, instruct clients on developing communication skills, fostering play, establishing friendships, and enhancing independence, while addressing challenging behaviors.
- Collect, organize, and summarize behavioral data related to the child's treatment goals.
- Attend to toileting and/or change soiled diapers/clothing as needed.
- Maintain a professional and cooperative relationship with the caregiver(s) of referred clients.
- Ensure the organization and cleanliness of the therapy space at the conclusion of each session.
- Participate in Clinical Review meetings for individuals on the assigned caseload.
- 6-month commitment to consistent and dependable attendance, as well as responsive and timely communication, is essential to the role.
