In this dynamic role, you will design engaging lesson plans, foster a positive classroom environment, and utilize innovative learning technologies to enhance student success. Your expertise in curriculum development, classroom management, and individualized instruction will help cultivate a love for learning and support the holistic development of each student. Duties Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards, incorporating creative writing, literacy education, math, physical education, and other core subjects. Manage classroom behavior through effective behavior management strategies, ensuring a safe and respectful learning environment for all students. Assess student understanding through standardized testing, formative assessments, and regular feedback; adapt teaching methods accordingly. Provide individualized support through tutoring sessions, academic advising, and tailored interventions for students with special needs or autism. Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, lesson plans, and behavioral reports in compliance with educational policies. Communicate regularly with parents, guardians, and colleagues to discuss student progress and coordinate educational strategies. Qualifications Valid certification as a licensed teacher with experience in classroom teaching across early childhood education. Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development, lesson planning, and classroom management techniques. Strong knowledge of LMS platforms, learning technology tools, and modern teaching methodologies such as Montessori or preschool approaches. Experience working with children of diverse backgrounds, including those with special education needs or behavioral challenges. Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with students, parents, colleagues, and administrators. Proven ability to work with individuals with autism or other developmental differences; experience in childhood development is highly valued. Prior toddler or preschool experience is preferred ; enthusiasm for continuous professional growth is essential.
