Special Education Teacher - Inclusion (K-12)

Position Overview:

Provide academic and behavioral support primarily within the general education setting for elementary and high school students. Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals, accommodations, and classroom strategies tailored to a caseload of 10-15 students. Deliver individualized and small-group instruction to students with diverse needs, including OHI, Learning Disabilities, and Autism. Partner with general education teachers, families, and school staff to ensure student progress and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education or a related field Valid Maryland State Teaching License with an endorsement in Special Education Experience managing a diverse caseload across different age groups and disability categories, with a strong emphasis on providing services within inclusive classroom settings (Preferred) Why Make a Move with Cross Country Education?
