Aug 31, 2026 Job Description Performance Responsibilities Adhere to and support district and school policies, procedures, schedules, regulations, and goals in alignment with the school's mission and educational philosophy. Provide and oversee targeted academic interventions in English Language Arts (ELA) and Mathematics for individual students and small groups, reinforcing essential skills and content necessary to meet grade-level standards and benchmarks. Coordinate Response to Intervention (RTI) plans by collaborating with classroom teachers and administrators to develop, implement, and monitor targeted interventions that address individual student needs. Design and implement targeted behavioral interventions to support student growth, engagement, and success. Develop and facilitate executive functioning interventions to strengthen students' organizational, self-management, and learning skills. Collect, analyze, maintain, and monitor school-wide and individual student data to identify needs, inform decision-making, and guide instructional and intervention practices. Coordinate WIN (What I Need) intervention services, including the identification of student needs and the development of appropriate intervention groupings. Manage and coordinate all district and state assessment programs, ensuring compliance with testing requirements, timelines, and procedures.
